Returns
If the customer believes the product is not what they expected, they will be refunded the full amount less shipping costs. To do so, they must contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment, sending the product properly packaged and postage prepaid to DiagSystem. To accept a return, both the product and the packaging must be in perfect condition and include all original contents.
Exchanges
Defective Merchandise:
If the merchandise arrives defective, the customer must contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
Exchanges:
If the exchange is due to an error on the part of the customer (a mistake was made when placing the order), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
If the error was due to DiagSystem, the customer will receive the requested merchandise at no additional cost.
To accept a return, both the product and the packaging must be in perfect condition and include all original contents. You must also include a copy of the invoice and authorization from DiagSystem in the shipment.
General:
DiagSystem reserves the right to cancel any order.
DiagSystem reserves the right to modify the contractual offer, which consists of these general conditions and the list of products and prices, at any time, although such modifications will not apply to contracts already made by the user.
